That’s the latest claim from English Defence League founder Tommy Robinson. The event, being billed as ‘Patriots 4 Justice’ was arranged early this evening to disrupt Muslim prayers.
Robinson put out a direct call to his supporters a little under an hour ago:

News has just reached us that members of the English Defence League are bragging about having ‘taken control’ of a site in Dudley, apparently clambering onto the roof of the building allocated for the new mosque.
