This morning, One Million United is pleased to be able to exclusively bring you the actual documentation from the BNP court case, outlining the amendments made to the constitution and the consequences of ignoring those amendments, from within the party.

As you an see, despite clause 5.a expressly stating that they should be clearly visible, neither the penal notice or the appendix appear to have been posted. This puts them at serious risk of Contempt of Court. It’s worth noting that this document was forwarded to members via email at around 3:44pm yesterday, just 16 mins shy of the court’s deadline.
